Terms of service

Last updated: September 10, 2026

Draft for owner review. Confirm business identity and operating policies before launch.

These terms cover bookings and league entries made through this website with Game Day Sports & Entertainment ("Game Day", "we"). By paying for a spot you agree to them.

Bookings

  • A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds. You get a confirmation by text or email with the details and a check-in link.
  • Spots are personal. If you cannot make it, the refund policy below applies. Do not resell a spot.
  • We reserve the right to move an event to a comparable venue or time when weather, facility or safety issues force it. We tell you as early as we can, and you can take a full refund if the new slot does not work.

Refunds and cancellations

Our refund policy is published on the refunds and waiver page and is part of these terms. If we cancel an event, you are refunded in full.

Waiver

Every participant accepts the participation waiver at checkout. It covers the normal risks of playing sport. Read it before you book; it is on the refunds and waiver page.

Conduct

Play hard, play fair. Abusive behaviour, unsafe play or ignoring a host's instructions may end your participation without refund. Hosts make the call on the day.

Leagues

  • League fees cover the season described on the league page. Standings, schedules and results are published on this site and may include your team or player name.
  • Rounds may be rescheduled for weather or facility reasons. We aim to give at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Forfeits count as losses. Persistent no-shows may be removed from the league without refund.

Pricing and tax

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Where tax applies it is shown at checkout.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Game Day's liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ontario law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Bookings made before a change stay on the terms in force at the time.

Governing law
